Please maintain abstinence and refrain from ejaculating for at least 2 to 7 days for accurate results.

Test has to be scheduled within 7 days of Test-Kit delivery. Please collect the sample in the given slot only.

The Executive will only wait for 15 mins to pick up the sample, post which Rs.50 will be charged for every 30 mins wait.

Inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled Test Date for any changes to avoid rescheduling charges.

Please pack your sperm test kit in its original position matching the upside arrows and securely taping it before returning it to the rider. Proper packaging ensures safe delivery of your sample.
Test Instructions
1.
Please collect the sample between 9am to 12 noon on given date only.
2.
Wash your Hands & Penis thoroughly before collecting the sample.
3.
Do not use any lubricant including saliva during semen collection
4.
Do not use condoms to ejaculate as they contain spermicide which kills the sperms.
5.
Ejaculate directly into a sterile clean and dry container provided by the Kindly.
6.
After collecting your sample, add the liquid solution into the sample immediately and close the lid tightly to avoid spillage.
7.
Write when was the last DATE of ejaculation/Sexual activity before your test.
8.
Write the CURRENT collection date and time (Refers to the time of ejaculation on the date of your test)
9.
Put the kit back together as you have received it, without discarding any packaging
10.
Our agent will collect the kit from your doorstep for testing your sample.
Important Note
1.
Kindly close the lid of the container tightly before keeping it into the box.
2.
Align the “THIS SIDE UP” Symbol on both the inner and outer packages to avoid Spillage and handling errors.
3.
Ensure to add the liquid solution after depositing your semen sample. Without it, the test will be invalid and cannot be processed.
4.
Please match the arrow sign on the Lid to lock sign on container to make sure the container is Air tightly closed and minimising the chances of Spillages
Please Note
1.
It's mandatory to follow the exact procedure and every step mentioned above in detail, not followed properly could lead to a void test and you have to re-book the test at actual prices.
2.
Last-minute rescheduling charges are Rs200, without which the reschedule/SlotTime/SlotDate will not be acceptable.
3.
Inform us at least 24 hrs prior to your Test Date of any changes to avoid rescheduling charges.
